I have a booth at The Old State Capitol Farmers Market in Springfield, Illinois. I am there every Wednesday & Saturday, rain or shine, from May 19 until October 30, 2010. The hours are 8:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. It is located on Adams Street between Fifth and Third Streets. Approximately 80 vendors sell a wide assortment of fresh fruits & vegetables, herbs, eggs, meat, poultry, honey, cider, jams & jellies, baked goods, flowers, plants, soaps, oils & balms. In addition, local musicians and celebrity chefs provide casual entertainment on Saturdays.
